The Hope 5K

  • The event is from 10am - Noon

  • Walk or run along side the Ohio River in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

  • We are raising funds to support life change for under resourced families.

We help families going through hard times.

Life is hard. We support families going through hard times, and give them the tools they need to break away from what’s holding them back. This help could look like paying the electric bill, teaching guests about budgeting, or helping them with job hunting.

Hope 5K Fundraising

An important aspect of the Hope 5K is fundraising. We hope that each participate invites others to join them at the 5K, when they can’t, We hope you will ask them to donate towards the cause.

Each participate is challenged to work on your own to reach personal fundraising / sponsoring goals from friends and family of $100.

About the Event

  • This is a family friendly event.

  • The path is stroller and wheelchair friendly.

  • The 5K is roughly 3.1 miles, most walkers can achieve this in an hour.

  • The event will be rain or shine.

  • Participate in person or virtually.

  • You can park in the IVY Tech garage on site.

  • All in person registrations get a t-shirt and racing bib,

  • adult registrations get a chip-timer to track progress.
